Metal Slug PC Collection 2012 Game Review: Metal Slug PC Collection 2012 Review: Metal Slug is also known as Metaru Suraggu. It is a run plus gun game created by Nazca Corporation & launched by S.N.K. The game was actually launched in 1996 for the Neo-Geo M.V.S arcade gaming platform. Metal Slug is a title that is widely famous because of its sense of humor fast paced double player action & smooth hand-drawn animation. This is the 1st game in the Metal Slug Series. Metal Slug was initially available on the Neo-Geo MVS arcade gaming system & A.E.S home entertainment system. But later on, a Neo Geo CD version of Metal Slug was created, which portrayed a Combat School mode that enabled the gamer to revisit previously played levels, with latest mission objectives. In the year 2006, Metal Slug Anthology also known as Metal Slug Complete, was launched for the PlayStation 2, PSP & Wii. This compiled version contains the original Metal Slug, & all of its arcade sequels up to Metal Slug Six. Metal Slug PC Collection 2012 is also available on GameTap, with a two player online functionality. The game was also launched on the Virtual Console of Wii in the year 2008.
