Puddle Game Review: Puddle is a puzzle platform video game. It was developed by Neko Entertainment. The game was published by Konami. It is available on PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, & Xbox 360 platforms. Puddle was also self published by Neko Entertainment for the PC through Steam GOG.com and for Wii U. The player must guide a puddle of fluid to its target destination by tilting the scene in the game, not by moving the fluid itself, similar to the Fluidity, Nintendo's WiiWare game. Player must work with physics: momentum, friction, & the unique properties of each type of fluid & environment to send as much of each puddle past such obstacles as rifts, spills, fires, & others, via environments like plants, pipes, laboratories, a human body, a rocket, a sewer, a power station and a foundry. The game experience is physics based, making the fluid motion more realistic. The game allows the player to be a liquid like Nitroglycerin, & the player is need to guide it to a certain point. The Nitroglycerin tends to explode, so the player has to learn to carefully guide it first. The game "Puddle" was presented at Independent Gaming Festival at GDC 2010, and won a Student Showcase prize.
