Need for Speed: Carbon Game Review: Need for Speed: Carbon is an Electronic Arts video game and belongs to the Need for Speed series. Need for Speed: Carbon was released in 2006, it's the 10th installment of the Need For Speed series. Need for Speed: Carbon was the 1st game to gain the PEGI Rating of 12+. It is a sequel to 2005's Need for Speed: Most Wanted. The locations of Carbon are featured in the 2010 MMO game, Need for Speed: World. Need for Speed: Carbon's PlayStation Portable, Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS versions are called Need for Speed Carbon: Own the City, and set in a fictional city named Coast City with a significantly different storyline & also featuring different AI teammate abilities. In the year 2009, Own the City version was also released on the Zeebo as a pre-installed game.

Need for Speed: Carbon Gameplay: Need for Speed: Carbon's gameplay is based upon rival street racing crews. The players run a crew & can hire specific street racers to be in their crew & the active friendly racer is known as a wingman. All hirable street racers has 2 skills, one is a racing skill and second is a non-race skill. Each of which has different properties from finding hidden alleys to reducing police attention.
