Sine Mora Game Review: Sine Mora is a 1st person shooter video game. It was developed by Digital Reality & Grasshopper Manufacture. The game is available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Microsoft Windows, & PlayStation Vita. Sine Mora was released on 21 March, 2012 for the Xbox 360 via Xbox Live Arcade, then on 20 November, 2012 for PlayStation 3 & PlayStation Vita via the PlayStation Network, and Microsoft Windows as well. Sine Mora is a 2.5D shooter, the gameplay is restricted to 2 axes while the environment is rendered in 3D. The game setting has been described as diesel punk inspired & features anthropomorphic characters. Sine Mora was well received by the critics, with the aggregate scores of 84.05% at GameRankings & 83/100 at Metacritic, 2 video game review aggregators. The critics found the story confusing, but praised the overall gameplay. Sine Mora is a side scrolling shoot 'em up game. In this game, the player controls an airplane in along 2 axes while attacking enemies. The gameplay of Sine Mora world is rendered in 3D, & at key points an in-game cutscene plays in which the camera & plane move. The plane's primary weapons can easily be upgraded, & the players are equipped with a limited-use, and the more powerful secondary weapon to eliminate more on-screen enemies at one time.
