Colin McRae Rally 3 Review: Colin McRae Rally 3 is a racing video game developed & published by Codemasters. The franchise has been a critical & commercial success & is generally acknowledged as a pioneer of realistic rally sports racing games. The Colin McRae Rally series is named after the World Rally Championship driver Colin McRae, who had provided technical advice during development. In September 2007, despite the death of McRae, Codemasters retained the use of McRae's name on their rally games until the release of game Dirt 3, where moniker was dropped.
Colin McRae Rally 3 Overview: In Colin McRae Rally 3, 4WD Cars are included such as Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII - 290BHP, Ford Focus RS WRC 02 - 300BHP, Citroën Xsara Kit Car - 290BHP & the Subaru Impreza WRX (44S) - 288BHP. When the player wins each rally during the championship, it unlocks the following things, In Normal Difficulty, Finland 1st place, Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VII RS II; Spain Rally 1st place, Citroën Saxo Kit Car and Japan 1st place - Subaru Impreza 22B STI. Extra cars which are further unlocked includes Ford Focus RS WRC 01, Citroën Xsara, Mitsubishi Pajero. There are 8 countries in Colin McRae Rally 3 including Sweden, Japan , UK , Finland, Australia and Greece and some other countries.
